How to Install libapr1 software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

libapr1 software package provides Apache Portable Runtime Library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libapr1

libapr1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libapr1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapr1 *

You will get with libapr1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
